What does a Branded Email or WebMail address cost? Is it cheaper if I order one of the three Web Kits?
Branded Email and WebMail is less expensive if ordered at the same time as a Web Kit. However, Branded Email and WebMail may also be ordered alone, without ordering a Web Kit.
Do note that the discount prices on Branded Email and WebMail are only available if you choose the Branded Email or WebMail option when ordering a Web Kit. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.

What will my new Branded Email or WebMail address be?
All Branded Email and WebMail addresses will look like this:

where "you" is whatever name or combination of letters and/or numbers you'd like. It could be Linda@ReconnectivePractitioners.com, DrSmith@ReconnectivePractitioners.com or even 123XYZ@ReconnectivePractitioners.com
www.ReconnectivePractitioners.com is the web site where the web sites will "live" for everyone who orders a Web Site Kit, but is not necessary to have or order a Web Kit to have a Branded Email or WebMail address. This option can be ordered as part of one of the three Web Kits or ordered alone.
Since a Branded Email address is "virtual" and email sent to a Branded Email address simply forwards to whatever email address you now have, sending email from your Branded Email address needs to be set up in whatever email program you now use. In Eudora, it's called "personalities." Some programs call it "aliases." Gmail simply calls it "customizing the from address" or "send mail as." By whatever name, the goal is the same: to have the email your are sending show that it was "sent from" your new MyName@ReconnectivePractitioners.com email address.
Since in each email program the process for setting up "from addresses" is different, you'll need to look up in your email program's help guide for just exactly how this process will work for you.
How much room or space does the Branded WebMail allow?
As with most WebMail accounts, each Branded WebMail account has a storage limit - your WebMail account comes with 10 MB of storage space. This means that you can store and save emails and attachments in your mail boxes as long as those emails and attachments do not exceed the 10 MB storage limit. If the saved emails and attachments in your account cause the storage space of 10 MB to be exceeded, people emailing you will get their email bounced back with a notice that your mailbox is full. While 10 MB is a lot of space, practice good email management and clean your email folders and mailboxes on a regular basis to avoid exceeding your WebMail storage limit.
Can I get a branded Email or WebMail address without ordering a Web Kit?
Yup! It is not necessary to have or order a Web Kit to have a Branded Email or WebMail address.

But if your web site address is www.PenLight.com and your email address is Linda@PenLight.com, then your email address is "branded" because it matches your web site address.

A "virtual" email address is any email address which is not the "primary" email address which you choose or were assigned when you signed up for your internet access or email account. An example of a primary email address might be Linda223@aol.com
A virtual email address is a legitimate email address, but it is not "attached" to or reliant on any internet access account or email account, so you could switch from AOL to a local internet service provider, like Adelphia for instance, and even though your primary email address might change from Linda223@aol.com to Linda456@adelphia.com, your virtual email address would remain the same.
A virtual email address is forwarded to a "primary" email address. When people send email to this email address, it is seamlessly and automatically forwarded to your "regular" email inbox.
You can even configure your email program to send emails from your new email address so that both incoming and outgoing emails bare your virtual email address (please consult your email program's documentation to learn how to do this).

What's Branded WebMail? Is it better than Branded Email?

If you know what Hotmail is, you're already familiar with WebMail. WebMail is simply email which comes to a web site rather than to an email program on your computer. To send and receive WebMail, you go to a web site on the internet rather than open a program or application (like Outlook or Eudora) on your computer.

No. You'll find it's easy to learn and use your new Email or WebMail, just read below!
The Email Option works seamlessly with your current email program and there is nothing for you to set-up or do after ordering. If you order this option, we will configure everything for you and you will automatically begin receiving emails in your regular email inbox from your new branded email address at You@ReconnectivePractitoners.com within seven days of ordering.
If you would like to configure your email program to send emails using your new ReconnectivePractitoners.com email address, please consult your email program's documentation or contact your email program's technical support to learn how. We simply do not have any way of knowing the instructions for configuring people's individual email programs.
The WebMail Option comes complete with comprehensive Help & Support Guides. It is your responsibility to access, reference and learn how to use your new WebMail address. But don't wory, it'll be fun and easy!
